I have a master’s degree in Acupuncture from Northwestern Health Sciences University, where I completed clinical rotations at: 

– NWHSU Human Performance Center for Sports Medicine - The Mother Baby Center at Abbott Northwestern and United Hospital  – Fairview Riverside Hospital – Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute  - Integrative Clinic of Minnesota at Family Tree Clinic 

I’ve studied under specialists in sports medicine and love working with patients to relieve pain, restore function, and support overall balance. I’m also passionate about treating mental health, bringing together the somatic and spiritual elements of acupuncture to support emotional healing.

Outside of the clinic, you can find me doing yoga, rollerblading around the lakes, or painting.

I earned my master’s from Northwestern Health Sciences University and will complete my doctorate with Chinese herbal medicine specialization in December. I’ve had the privilege of learning from practitioners with deep knowledge in menstrual health, sports injuries, and pregnancy/fertility, and what I love about this practice is the ability to keep learning every day. With me, you can expect treatments informed by both classical theory and peer-reviewed research.
